Lawrence-Crandall Business Park

The Lawrence-Crandall Business Centre offers a unique opportunity for all types of today’s businesses. The park is a Michigan Economic Development Association (MEDA, see below) Certified Business Park with visibility on I-94 from both the east and westbound lanes and over 27,000 vehicles passing per day. Centered exactly between Chicago to the west and Detroit to the east, the park is also less than one mile to the Van Buren Intermediate School District which hosts more than 100,000 visitors per year, plus students on a regular basis from the 11 area schools. Parcels range in size from 1.5 to 28 acres, include public utilities and off purchasers the chance to take advantage of Industrial Abatements on taxes. The site is completely development ready for industrial sites, and offers a beautiful office setting. See below for lot listings and photos of existing businesses.

Visit the Michigan Business Parks website for more information regarding the Lawrence-Crandall Business Park.

Village of Lawrence Committee Meetings Posting
(Unless indicated otherwise, all meetings are held at the Village Hall)

As an effort to be proactive and protect those of us against the possibility of contracting the symptoms or the actual COVID-19 virus, I am officially canceling all remaining committee meetings under the Village of Lawrence. At this time, this will be effective immediately and run through the month of March.

As always, take the necessary precautions to protect you and yours.

Thank you.

David Quick
