Administrative Assistant: Village of Lawrence

Administrative Assistant, Village of Lawrence. Full-time position M-F, occasional evening meeting. Ideal candidate is customer focused, can multi-task comfortably, has AP/AR experience, and has expertise in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and BS&A (AP/AR/Payroll). Responsibilities include general office tasks (phones, mail, supplies, calendars, correspondence, and records management), customer relations (residents, staff, Village Council/Committees), bookkeeping (BS&A), all aspects of utility billing and serve as member of the Administrative Committee. 5:00 Parade

5:45 Tree Lighting in Village Park

6:00 – 8:00 Visit Santa at Lions Club

8:00 – 10:00 Dance at Lions Club

 

Enter a pot of Chili into the contest ($5.00 entry fee). The rules and entry form can be printed out here, or available at the Village Hall.

Trophies go to the following categories:

  • Red Chili (with or without beans)
  • White Chili
  • Jr Chili Masters (ages 8-13)

All which are decided by a 3-judge panel.  A “Peoples Choice” trophy will also be chosen by a vote of all those in attendance.
